
The Osteopaths Board of Queensland is the body responsible for the registration of Osteopaths in Queensland. Before a person in Queensland may practice as, or hold themselves out to be, an Osteopath, he or she must first register with the Board.
The Board is the statutory authority established to enact the provisions of the Osteopaths Registration Act 2001, Osteopaths Registration Regulation 2002 and the Health Practitioners (Professional Standards) Act 1999.
